Dennis is a lawyer licensed to practise in BC. He graduated with Juris Doctor from University of Windsor, Faculty of Law in Windsor, Ontario. After completing articles with a boutique litigation firm in downtown Toronto, Dennis returned to BC, where he grew up.

 

Prior to attending law school, Dennis obtained his business degree at Simon Fraser University, where he acquired business and accounting skills. Since then, Dennis has worked for the Federal Government of Canada as financial analyst, and was active in co-managing a multi-national franchise business units.

 

Dennis founded Park Real Estate Law Office to achieve his goal, which is to assist clients with their legal needs, and to provide quality service at affordable cost. He will strive to meet this objective by focusing on efficiency and client service.

 

Dennis has successfully closed over 800 real estate transactions, and looks forward to assisting many more clients with their real estate deals. He understands that law firm is a business and clients satisfaction is what makes businesses successful.

 

Besides real estate, Dennis is also passionate about entrepreneurship, startups, investing in stocks, hiking, and community building.
